2)マウス各脳部位のモノアミン神経系伝達物質の含量は線条体,視床下部,海馬では増加したが,大脳皮質ではDAとDOPAC含量が著しく減少しHVA含量は増加した.これらの結果よりフェノールが線条体,視床下部,海馬においてDA神経系と5-HT神経系の神経伝達物質の代謝回転の促進と大脳皮質においての伝達物質の代謝過程に対し著しい影響を及ぼす可能性が示唆された.
